Calder & Vance is an Atlanta law firm built around a simple idea: that legal counsel should feel like a trusted relationship, not a transaction.
Founded in 2006 by Eleanor Calder and Marcus Vance, the firm brings together two closely related practices, business and estate law, so that our clients can plan for their companies and their families as one coherent whole. A business owner planning succession is also planning a legacy; the two should not be handled in isolation.
We keep our practice deliberately personal. Clients work directly with experienced attorneys who take the time to understand their goals, and many of the families and business owners we serve have been with us for years. We consider that continuity the truest measure of our work.
